WOF Day

We had a WOF (Walk on Friday) Day on the 12th of February. The whole school walked from the local GAA hall to school. We dressed up in a Valentine’s Day theme. We really enjoyed it!

1916 Flag Raising Ceremony

On 15th of March we celebrated the centenary of the 1916 Rising. Every class performed a song, poem or drama. As a whole school we wrote our own Proclamation and read it out on the day. We each made an Irish flag to wave. Mr Campbell raised the Irish flag and we sang Amhrán na bhFiann. We had a wonderful day!
